Hi All
Current M3 Performance goes back soon and as i don't drive much now i just need a small cheapest ev, Anyone have any experience of either. Looking at getting one for a super cheap 2 year personal lease.

I doubt you'll find the Skoda from comments I've heard. They only import a few.

I saw some Mii offers earlier this week. Like this one: https://www.expressvehiclecontracts.com/car-leasin...

Pretty affordable.

I test drove the Citigoe iv last year and thought it was a really nice well thought out simple car. I have already owned an ICE Citigo which I really liked as a runaround. The ev drives well, adjustable regen is good which gives you a gear lever to play with. Downsides - the app is apparently still very flaky (it wasn't running at all last year) so you may or may not get pre heating and the AC charge speed is probably limited to 3.5 kW (some have had a fix to 7kW and some haven't).

My local Skoda dealer has used a Citigo E for sale at just under £20k. Seems a lot, double the price of a petrol version.

Blimey that's a good deal. I was deciding what to do for the wife- barely £100 a month (net cost after tax saving) with running costs through the business.

Brilliant little cars. I reviewed the Skoda last year and found it to be charming and really quite grown-up in feel.

That is a keen price. Sorely tempted by one of these for the wife. She currently has an IC smart forfour but 99% of her journeys are across a large town, stop start traffic, roundabouts, roadworks, pass various schools etc.

She really likes the smart. Tiny turning circle, rear view camera, sat nav and heated seats. The electric one seems to suffer a bit though and sales look very poor. I can see why renault dropped the Twingo in favour for keeping the Zoe as their entry level "proper" car. (Excluding twizy)

Even if real world I delivers >100miles then it would serve all her needs. For long journeys I have a diesel, but that hasn't done much in the last 12m for obvious reasons.

I have a Skoda Citigo IV E SE L

Originally it was suppose to be delivered April 2020 but didnt arrive till August time.

I paid £18.5 via Car wow .... had a few extra packs added to specification.
I wish i had the cruise control added ... and i purchased a spare wheel / jack via ebay.

I have done about 6k in it .... it replaced a Nissan Leaf.

Its good value for money - nippy around town ...I normally charge overnight and had up to 135miles from a charge so could do 160 miles in summer time if drove economically.

Its on 16 inch alloys .. more likely makes the ride harder but the corners more fun .... i can drive it on one pedal with the recuperation on level 4 ( regen when foot of accelerator )

Seats are fast to heat up but not the most comfortable after an hour.

Good value for money
