This would be a laugh, don't know if they have rear seats though!

I should have also said, if you get a big, wafter with a V8, just keep some dosh back ti modify the exhaust to make it sound savage. It will make all the difference, most of these big 'ol beasts could sound amazing with a little effort.

Just thought of this, would fit the bill

Maybe not as cool as others though!

Me and the boys enjoyed a few Le Mans and got a lot of attention in the General!

Dixie Horn!, Rover V8!, Sleeps 6!

What more could you dream of.... this was sold frown for half of what you guys have to spend.

Did something simialr a few years back with a £500 budget to buy a sports car! I use that term loosly as I bought a 1977 TR7 for £150. Spent the rest on getting it running but the alternator packed in on the way, then it blew a spark plug out which signaled the end of play!

Got it sorted for the following year & it made the trip (just). It's now getting a full strip down & rebuild so beware you get attached to these things!

Stretch the budget a bit more and you will get you an M5! Big enough, comfortable enough, fast enough and if you are a hooligan; rear wheel drive....

Or for a laugh, an Impreza WRX?
