Anyone without Sky but with Amazon Prime, Eurosport Player channel available with a 7 day free trial..
Unless I've missed something I can't find a live Eurosport stream on Amazon prime, all I can find are French Open tennis replays and cycling.

it doesn't bother me as I signed up to Eurosport Player when it was on offer at £19.99 for the year but I thought I should point it out.

Whats worth signing up to on the laptop to get the stream? I'm in Ireland so it seems no Amazon prime tv and the WEC app site is trying to fight me?

Aky410.

For those who refuse to pay for sky well you could get freesat (sky) then you'll have Eurosport free forever too.

Bought the wec stream for 10 euros, don't bother. Their website is utterly awful, criminally so.

To top if off, the video refuses to stream in chrome, tried two different machines and no joy. Spectacularly poor.

Sent an email to their contact and got a one line reply to say contact some random email address.

Should have just stuck with Eurosport, at least it works.

Paul,

Are you saying that you can get Eurosport Player on your i pad but not on your TV ?

If that is what you mean - then it's what I said!

Will the teams be streaming their live feeds like last year? IIRC last year I ended up watching a Porsche or Nismo stream I can't quite remember?

My Eurosport is working very well.

Why not pay a friend £18 for his one month cost of Sky go plus allowing you to use it.
Log into his sky log as him enjoy then that's it.

I have eurosport but every man and his dog tells me how wonderful the wec stream stuff is "light years ahead of f1" and blah blah blah,

They should be embarrassed at how bad the site is.

I have the WEC app on my Android tablet and can stream to my Chromecast without problems.

I have had subscription problems in the past though.

Interesting! I had a few issues last year, but currently working for me on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and IE in Win10x64.

The app on Android also works brilliantly, they've really excelled themselves this year. I'm going to try and side-load it onto my FireTV to see if I can get it working on there as well.

Have to say.... Trying to log in to watch the stream on smart tv. Complete and utter ballache. Latpop is working fine though so will just HDMI the fker into the tv instead. Disappointing really because I wanted to use the laptop for additional streaming options online. Suppose the ipad can be used for that and the kindle for timings.

Onwards and upwards!

Not long now. wink

ETA : mother fking cock suckers!!!! the stream doesn't work on their site. What the fk is that all about? Pricks.

FIAWEC account on twitter advises not to use firefox, as its broken. Use chrome. Except that doesn't work either.

Oh and full screen is also broken, apparently they are working to fix that.

Utter shambles. Do not buy!
