Can anyone help with a lift?
Discussion
Good friend of mine is wanting to come along to Lemons with us but we've run out of seats to get him there.
Would any of you kind Sirs be able to offer a lift from Calais- Le Mans and back. We were thinking of going down on Wednesday.
He's a good ol' boy; social and outgoing. Just stuck for a ride. Obviously he'll chip in petrol/toll money.
Failing the above, is there a sensible way to get there without driving? (Train/coach/plane)?
Any help appreciated.
Best, Jarred

Eurostar or fly to Paris then take the train to Le Mans.
My wife has gone by Eurostar to Paris, then Metro across Paris and TGV to Le Mans for several years, until daughters sports day meant she had to stay at home. It's fairly easy, choice of Eurostar from London, Greenhithe (is that what station called) or Ashford, long stay parking at both. It's a quick way home, she is usually in the UK before I have got to Calais! You do need to book though!
