Good friend of mine is wanting to come along to Lemons with us but we've run out of seats to get him there.
Would any of you kind Sirs be able to offer a lift from Calais- Le Mans and back. We were thinking of going down on Wednesday.

He's a good ol' boy; social and outgoing. Just stuck for a ride. Obviously he'll chip in petrol/toll money.
Failing the above, is there a sensible way to get there without driving? (Train/coach/plane)?

Any help appreciated.

Best, Jarred

My wife has gone by Eurostar to Paris, then Metro across Paris and TGV to Le Mans for several years, until daughters sports day meant she had to stay at home. It's fairly easy, choice of Eurostar from London, Greenhithe (is that what station called) or Ashford, long stay parking at both. It's a quick way home, she is usually in the UK before I have got to Calais!

You do need to book though!

Would love to help - but I fear my back seats are having to be folded this year.... If they fly to Charles De Gaulle there are direct trains to Le Mans from the airport.

I have 1x spare seat in an X5.

Eurostar booked for Thursday @ 1000
Then straight to Le Mans.

Returning Tuesday @ 1600.

Planning to have an overnight stop over in Rouen on Monday on the way back to top up on the beers!

Huge thanks to all.
We've got him on the Eurostar as suggested.
If you see a black Cayman S with 'Suds Solutions' stickers in Beausejour please claim your free (ice cold from the motor-home fridge) beer.
