I'm fairly fanatical about not missing my daily gym weight workout. I leave Thursday and not back until Sunday night. What do other people do? Is there a gym nearby?!!
Whatever you do, please do it far away from our group, I'd hate for anything sensible to spoil our boozy relaxed weekend of indulgence.Jonny TVR said:

After the previous days beer and merguez intake I dare not lift a thing. It's just too risky! P*ss taking aside now. I exercise pretty much every day, I eat healthy and get the regulation number of hours sleep a night. Le Mans is my week off from all of that. Maybe try doing the same?
The time flies by so quickly when you are having fun with your mates (hopefully) in the sunshine, seeing some nice cars and watching the greatest motor race on the planet.

I think thats good advise although suspect I may sneak some weights into the boot of my maserati, all to keep the back end in line of course. P*ss taking aside now. Please be staying in houx. I'd love to see someone trying to impersonate muscle beach in the middle of a LM campsite. I bet no-one would take the piss at all!Gassing Station | Le Mans | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
