Hi, would anyone care to recommend any establishments for a boozy bike ride between the circuit and town on Friday, we'll be visiting 'la Parisian' by the station en-route to see a friend, but where do you go? If it does cocktails all the better!
Thanks.

Hi Nic,

You should try Au 24 on the way in to town. It`s on Rue de Generale L`eclerc. .Plenty of memorabilia inside and you can sit outside and enjoy before or after the parade. Ali

Speed chills bsj, we like it there, secure close to Porsche curves, we take bikes so get down to mulsanne, up to the parade and all over.

So that`s pretty handy for a ride into Arnage. Go right when in village towards the railway. Few bars up that way and then over the railway crossing and right to the back of Camping Bleu up to main entrance and on to tetre rouge and then en route to town centre.

Bonnet de douche?

Great to see a fellow pistonhead! I'm there with an RX8 R3 and a Peugeot 205 GTI.

Dr Leroy street at the top of the hill from the station just past the tram stop turn left by the front of the cafe then diagonally across into the narrow street. That's Dr Leroy street where there's plenty of bars. We go in the 'Irish' one about 100m on the left. smile

Looking on google street view the whole street looks a sh*t hole biggrin but Mulligans has a good atmosphere and to be honest I haven't had a beer in any other one in that street other than the nightclub next door which used to be a sports bar when we went in there about 7-9 years ago!
There always seems to be a lot of people in the street drinking so maybe it's the French cafe further down smile

There is a bar that serves on to the street from Rue de Neuf Ponts. This street is generally on the drivers parade route.

Thank you all. I'll look at the suggestions, and maybe stop at some others too.
