great shots Nigel, 7 years I've been trying to get somewhere to view porsche curves, gave up after multiple tries as the last time we went it was private campsite access only! Please tell me there is public access somehow, always wanted to watch there.

We went in convoy to Porsche curves on Friday afternoon for the obligatory photo op. Got chatting to a chap from Burnley, turns out he was the driver of the wagon with the large screen erected there (just near the Porsche viewing platform thingy). Having driven the screen there, his job over the weekend was to keep an eye on the screen working. He was sleeping in his cab so he was paid to do a job which involved him having the most incredible view of the race from his cabhttps://1drv.ms/f/s!Akq2DFGXVYtcqW5wDAGvLP5PIL8m here's my full gallery from this year at the TL site - a vintage year, we also had my good friend's stag week. That is a very nice little perk, hope they were into the racing!!Not a picture but a video of us riding our pit bikes around the track after the race on Sunday... Got a few funny looks but no one seemed to mind that much apart from when we rode too close to the cars on display at the end of the video and got collared by security haha.

Is this an authorised viewing position that they've opened up, or an unofficial scramble through woods/security?
Now that is a permitted viewing area.. inside BJS where you would turn right to up past the motor homes you turn diagnoal left and follow the track. When you get to marshalls turn right and follow fenceIs this an authorised viewing position that they've opened up, or an unofficial scramble through woods/security?

Looks like a good spot, presumably the cars are just coming off full tilt at this point? dredgey said:
