Is anyone else travelling with their wife / girlfriend?

We were discussing it last week and she is rather worried as to whether there are separate shower blocks or it’s all just shared?

We have never been camping ...

Staying at the PH / AMOC / TVR campsite ...
If you're with 1st tickets in premier vert (where the PH 'premium' camping is, and AMOC), there will be glamping style toilets and showers. I can't remember if there's a separate block of showers (made up of 5-6 cubicles) for men and women, but there certainly is for toilets. They're pretty helpful on the phone and should be able to tell you the arrangement.

From memory the cubicles are small, but it's probably one of the best camping experiences at LM (i was there for LM24 in 2016). When i went there were plenty of ladies camping in premier vert, didn't hear any complaints. Would certainly camp there if was taking the Mrs.

Hi eastsider - that's great.

Nearer the time, I'll be requesting email addresses in order to keep everyone informed of the meeting point locations, routes and times.

Depending on when we need to get down to the circuit, the PH team could well be up for this! Great idea. For what it's worth, I enjoyed the Classic more than the 24 in 2016 too smile

No pressure then! Be good to have you guys join us.

First time to the Classic for a few of us, so nice to hear that it's worth doing.

The brief details in the OP still stand, but should anyone need specifics, just let me know.

Hopefully we'll have something a bit more exciting than just our Caddy van to join you in too! The atmosphere was that bit more relaxed at the Classic and while it's still busy, it's much easier to get around.

We took bikes with us to get around the circuit as we do with the 24, but we didn't need them. We drove up to Arnage and Mulsanne without any issues, which makes it that bit less stressful. Can't wait!

I am planning to get the 06:50 Eurotunnel which arrives at 08:25 France time with a view to meeting up with you 60 mins outside of Calais.

We will be in my BMW Z4M Roadster (hopefully with the roof down!)
That’s great - there’s a few of us already booked on that crossing too, so we might cross paths before the meeting point.

Don’t forget the sun-cream!
Actually I'm going to go this option as well and I'm ricardo9111@icloud.com

Hi Bollinger911, that's great, it looks like there will be a few of us in convoy before we've even left the UK!

I've added you to my list and made a note of your email address - thanks.

That's a nice group of cars.

You arrive in France an hour after us, but if you stick to the autoroutes, you may be able to make it to one of the meeting points and join us - let me know if that's your intention.

Hi, there's a few of us arriving in Calais, via the tunnel, around 8:25am.

There's no WhatsApp group.

All tickets booked and paid.

Still don't have a car.

The leaving date seems to be approaching rather quickly now. Still, I guess it's only a small detail.
