Anyone arrived on the site yet? What is the ground like after the recent rain we had?

Friends are settling into Houx, "moist" is the feedback - sounds ok. 80% of the pitches are perfect, some of the lower laying ones are pretty wet. I recall BSJ being pretty flat, should be fine.
