My understanding was that as an ACO member I would get.

6 discounted General Entry tickets and a lower (2 I think) discounted camping tickets.

The Ticket site is offering me a discount on 1 General Entry ticket, and nothing on the camping tickets.

Have the rules changed again anyone know?

Have you had the membership for a while or not?

Looking at the website (which will not show in English) looks like two levels. There is a higher price one that seems to do 6 tickets at ACO rate. But that’s €249!!!!!

I only paid about £140 for membership a couple of years ago. They never sell out of tickets and the people at the gate don’t have a way of seeing how many tickets you have bought with a membership. It might mean going back several times to buy 6 tickets.

This is off the basic level...

SPECIAL RATES
On all Le Mans races: Le Mans 24 Hours, 24 Hours Motos, GP Moto, Superbike, 24 Heures Camions, Promosport and Le Mans Classic within the limit of 6 General Entrance tickets (for all races, except 4 for Le Mans Classic) and 2 camping tickets for Le Mans 24 Hours and 24 Hours Motos.

but yet the website is not honouring it - unless I need to renew my membership because it expires before the race.... Nothing suggesting that... But this is ACO

My membership is due each year on the race weekend so I get two years membership. Always worked. But yes it’s the ACO so who knows!

You get 6 reduced tickets a year, so if you bought the tickets for 2017 on this membership then that is probably the reason..
i have the standard membership which expires each November so always renew just before ordering 4 camping and 6 ge's. this year i got the discount on all the ge's and two of the camping tickets. If i do the classic the i will get the discount on those.

hmmm. That's bloody inconvenient! Thanks for that though.

Anyone know if they auto-renew? It looks like I need to rejoin from another email address if I want to use the discount.... fine as long as they don't rejoin me on the other one as well!

I think if you phone them up and explain they will sort things out, the debit to my credit card is always on the day my membership expires even if i have sent the form off a month earlier.

The ACO moves in mysterious ways!

I renewed my membership again this year, got an email comfirning my log-on details which, I was assured, worked for all parts of the ACO site, including tickets. I kept getting an error message saying that there was a problem and to try later when trying to access the Ticketimg section. Eventually, in response to a few emails spanning the whole of December, the ACO booked the tickets I wanted for the LMC, but only after I gave the
M another (my work) email address.

The strange thing was that, even including membership discount, I paid less than that which thenwebsite suggested. That was for 2 each of entrance tickets, ACO Grandstand, Paddock Passes and one camping (Bleu Nord) camping.

Mysterious!
