This is excellent news! Does anyone know what time it will start roughly? I can’t seem to find it on the web and trying to work out if it will be possible to watch the drivers parade and then get back to the circuit in time.
The lemans.org program guide states 21.00 hrs

I'm thinking:

Go into town late afternoon Friday, then watch Portugal v Spain in Mulligans Bar kick off 8pm, head back to circuit 10pm and see how manic the queue is at tertre rouge entrance, if too bad head round to nearest entrance near Stella Bar or stay on tram to end station if it's obviously too busy from tram smile

We've got the option to listen to concert from Tertre Rouge campsite, even down the far end drinkmusic

If you have a race ticket - Bonus you get to see the concert not just hear it!

If you have a concert ticket - You can either...

A. Get a full refund.
B. Convert it to a race ticket. Thus getting to see the concert plus the others and the race.
I'm guessing "convert it to a race ticket" means "pay the difference between a concert ticket and a race ticket."

Just received an email from the ACO confirming the refund but asking for me to send my bank details as the card I used for the original booking has expired (which is correct, I'm now on a new card).

Cant say I'm that keen to just email them my bank details!

Sounds like a plan! Does anyone remember where/if they show the football in the circuit? Will they have it on Before Jamiroquai?

Think last couple of times the footy was on a big screen near the Guinness bar

I have weekend le mans tickets and my wife just bought Jamiroquai tickets for the Friday night. Am I best to get her to get a full refund for the JK tickets?

Did anyone buy their MM Arena tickets via the French Ticketmaster? They appear to be playing hard ball when it comes to refunding me. I contacted them stating what it says on the ACO website that "you can ask for a full refund" now the concert has been moved to the main stage in the circuit to which they responded;

"We inform you that the JAMIROQUAI event originally planned for the MM Arena Le Mans will take place in the 24 hours of Le Mans at the heart of the circuit near the DUNLOP gateway. Your tickets remain valid for the new place.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding"

I have gone back explaining that they should treat the 2 events separately and refund the cost of the tickets I purchased for the MM Arena. I already have full GE tickets for the weekend so I'm not interested in anything other than getting a full refund.

Anyone else in my boat?

Thanks

Hey L500! I'm having EXACTLY the same issue. 3 emails sent in English and French - and multiple Facebook messages to no avail.. I've now started the chargeback process with my bank.

Hi. I seem to have found the number. Customer support: +33 149 975 191 for Ticket Master France. Give them a call with your reference number. I now have email confirmation that I'll get a full refund in 1-3 weeks (that was a week ago, nothing yet!). Good luck.

Me too, money back yesterday, surprisingly as I was expecting some long drawn out argument!

Just hope they don't stop you from watching it, if you want to, like the last time they played there because I had a camera.... FFS! "But I'm taking photos of cars not Jay Kat and his Hat".
