Spotted this morning on Newthorpe Common whilst out walking the dog, had to do a double take after seeing it on here. Good effort looks great (from 20ft). Take a stiff drink, remove stickers, set up your planning group for next year. By the end of July the depression should have gone

Mrs wsn moaned about my 2 tiny stickers on the family car after Moto 24. I took them off and all the additional big stickers as soon as I came home from the Le Mans 24hr car race...but more for the cold shower effect on a hangover. I managed to do both the car and bike races based on a special birthday year.
Next year im doing both again and the classic. To get the bike race through im taking her son for the experience because he didn't get to see it and it turned out to be really good...so she can't really deny him (especially as he managed not to get run over at his first Le Mans car race this year. I'll suffer the pain of being away from her just for him.
For the classic Im simply bringing her under the guise that I really want her to experience Le Mans and this is the posh version. Throw in hotel with health club and she's bought it! It's better than not seeing it at all

I gather the argument of distraction but still it doesn't make sense...by the same logic they'd refuse or charge higher for cars in bright colours ? Or vans of contractors displaying attention-seeking publicity regarding their business?
Really lame excuse for refusing a pay-out. But good to know and let's hope no one else here has to hear such nonsense.
they will do everything possible to wiggle out of paying.All the above makes sense, thats why I have an agreed value classic policy with all mods and stickers declared.
For pece of mind its worth contacting your insurance company, but for christ sake don't tell them your on a rally or anything like that or they will cancel your policy.
I've never seen a broker try and stop a claim being paid, it's just not in their interest.

Ah yeah, saw those 3 cars a few times on the way down, I think you all overtook us a few times on the way down, first on the A34, we were on the same ferry.
