Thanks for the photos - always a good day although the weather could have been better (but it also could have been worse!). I am surprised that the GRRC Open Days don’t get more coverage on PH. After 10 years of trying I finally got a car (599) accepted for the display and I can confirm that the lunch in Goodwood House was excellent!

They used to but it did cause a few problems, given that it is essentially a private event. There is a topic in the GRRC's own forum, if you can find it.

If I remember correctly, it was billed as the House Open Day for the first couple of years, and I think anyone could go. It also used to coincide with the breakfast club. Now, it's the Annual Vehicle Display and it's strictly members only (Horse Racing, Golf or GRRC), poor chap in front of me got turned away at the gate as he didn't have a car sticker, or membership card, so it was being enforced.

You have to be a GRRC or Aero Club member to go.
