Hi Brian
Do you not accept connections on LinkedIn from your customers? I can't message you on there and can't get through on the phone - sorry but that's put nose out of joint as I'm on the verge of buying tickets from you
1st Tickets website has an email on it I believe.....info@1st-tickets.co.uk.
That's what I'd be using - not linkedin rolleyes

Really sorry, I didn't know who it was that was trying to connect via LinkedIn in. Our office phones are all diverted to mobiles and I am calling back each day to pick up any voice mails.

You can also email us at info@1st-tickets.co.uk

Once again sorry for not accepting the linked in connection

Buying tickets for what? September? The Classic? For goodness sake, people are so tied down answering calls that people can't get through. We were stuck last week in Mauritius, our flight arbitrarily cancelled by Air France. Could we speak to our travel agent? Could we get hold of Air France? Not on your life we couldn't. It was only because SWMBO's son works for Air France that we got home. Looking at the situation there now I am damned glad to be back in my little home in the forest. I think you are being too harsh in your judgement given the situation as it is. If the Italian situation is, as they say, some weeks in front of the UK situation we shall be in lockdown for several months more, and who can blame people for looking after themselves and their families in these circumstances. Have a little faith and a lot more patience!
Thanks for the lecture...not that I asked your opinion or for a patronising outburst.

I sent a connection request to Brian on LinkedIn...he viewed my profile, then left my request.

I was about to buy tickets from him. Anything else? Or are you done?

Thank you. I was going to add Brian because a few people from former clients were asking me who to get tickets from...easy to just say "ask Joe Bloggs on my LinkedIn contacts".

No worries Brian. It makes referrals ten times easier because i get lots of people in my business network trying to get information on Le Mans- easier to just redirect them straight over to you to buy themselves a package.
