That's a weird one, surely driver entry fees (if that's even a thing at Goodwood) won't cover the cost of putting this on and broadcasting it live online? Stings a bit that there are presumably going to be a sizable team organising this yet they are flat out ignoring contact regarding refunds.
And I assume they aren't going to charge the now many different tiers of membership they have to watch it, given that video content is a 'perk' for fellows upwards.

I very much doubt that there will be any corporate hospitality at this event, it will be free to all on line and no doubt on TV, so it won't be just for the privileged few, it will be for everyone, just like F1 and everyone else Goodwood will have contractual obligations to their sponsors.
The Motorsports team wouldn't normally be involved with issuing ticket refunds, if you have asked for one they will be working their way through them with a limited amount of the people that would normally deal with this, the only thing any of us can do is wait patiently, I know it's difficult to do and everyone will have their own set of personal circumstances dictating how quickly they need money back.

Details have been emailed and are on the Goodwood website now, 18th-20th October "Speed Week", free to watch for anyone online.
It won't be the same as being track-side of course but I will look forward to it nonetheless. Might have to put the camping chairs in the living room and pay my other half £10 any time I want to eat or drink something to recreate the experience
