Seems genuine

ST. CHARLES, Ill. (May 18, 2026) AO Racing is ready to take flight with the introduction of Rockie the Pegasus, a striking new character set to debut as part of AO by TF s 2026 Le Mans campaign for the No. 99 LMP2 PRO/AM entry.

While Rexy, Roxy, and Spike have built their legacies across the world of sports car racing, collecting race wins, championship titles, and fans along the way, this year s Le Mans effort called for something different. For endurance racing s biggest stage, AO Racing and longtime partner Mobil 1 set out to create a character worthy of defending AO by TF s victory at the most prestigious sports car race in the world.

It s always exciting going back to Le Mans for the 24 hours, but this year is extra special. First, returning as winners in the P2 Pro/Am category, but also introducing the world to the newest AO Character, said Team Principal Gunnar Jeannette. We ve put a massive amount of effort into bringing Rockie to life, and we can t wait to see how the fans across the globe react to meeting her at the best racing event of the year!

Born from a collaborative effort with Mobil 1, Rockie brings a new presence and energy to the AO universe. Her towering wings and small hooves appear poised for takeoff, ready to take flight. Flared nostrils and a focused expression give her an aggressive edge, accompanied by a flowing red mane and a sharp white blaze running down the bridge of her nose.

AO by TF heads back to France just one year removed from a landmark victory at Le Mans, where the team captured the LMP2 Pro/Am class win in commanding fashion. Returning to the Circuit de la Sarthe as defending class winners, the team enters the 2026 running of the event aiming to once again compete at the front of one of the deepest and most competitive fields in international endurance racing.

The 2026 effort marks AO by TF s return to the iconic twice-around-the-clock endurance race, with the team aiming to defend one of the organization s most significant achievements to date. Fans will once again be able to follow along live through the AO Racing YouTube Channel, featuring an onboard stream from the No. 99 entry, live team chat, and race giveaways throughout the June 13-14 event. Additional details will be announced in the coming weeks.
