I can recommend Teamlangoustine.com

They have looked after me well previously.
If you register on their site you will be contacted when their 2027 bookings go live

We haven't paid anything yet. We usually secure the booking in October with deposits when the general tickets get released including to the travel agents And balance in March.

We are currently looking to book elsewhere.

Already done and it looks like we will be seriously considering using Mark for our booking.

How long do Team Langoustine usually have places at their main campsite? I’m just finalising numbers but some might not be able to commit until October time.

They can sell out fast.

If you know rough bookings you could book and edit later

I got enough commitment for the group to secure 2 pitches. I’m sure there will be good availability for a while but nice to know it’s secured now.

We were there at the classic and it was really incredible. The location is just perfect. You can walk from the campsite and be at the side of the circuit at Tetre Rouge in 2 mins. The view also goes from there up to Esses and the Goodyear bridge. It’s a short walk into the village and a short walk for the trams. I’ve always been hesitant booking there because of having to take the food package. We have always preferred to eat in town and have our own bbq. The food was really great and they kept serving it late so it meant we could still have drinks out in town and then come back for food. It’s a pricey site that’s the only issue.

I'm even more worried now, the MotorSportsTravelDestination website has gone and been replaced by a traveldestinations site.
Ive tried emailing and calling but no replies.
If its a new company now running it I wonder if the even have the ACO licence?
I would be cautious before booking with them

From what I understand from our group leader, the parent company is in liquidation and they are trying to extracate Travel Destinations to keep it going. No guarantees, of course as it's a wholly owned subsidiary and effectively an asset up for grabs.

If it's the people who ran it before 'Motorsport' got involved this would be good news

I wonder if the ACO are aware and if so if they are supportive?

I understand that the ACO are aware, if you look on Companies House you will see the two current Directors both who reside in the USA .

They dropped us a reminder the other day .. when we said we were uncomfortable making a booking they said ‘it will be ok’ … still no sign of any abta/atol or 2018 protection on their site … fir now the money stays in our wallets and looking at other options ..

Definitely makes me wary of booking anything too far ahead. I’d be using a credit card and checking the protection before handing over any money.

Booked 2027 ferry in June and campsite, GE and GS and parking in August with trusted providers, about the same as stickers off from 2026.

Sleep easy as no ACO site worries or other problems ahead.

As a gentle reminder using a credit card will usually get your money back but not until the event has ended so you may have to pay twice initially. The best option is to book with a company who has financial protection in their terms and conditions ABTA /ABTOT or financial failure insurance also make sure repatriation is part of the terms and conditions if you are booking a crossing ATOL is usually flights but cover packages.

If any travel agent is selling packages then it is a legal requirment to have this financial protection the cost is included within the price but that means those companies not providing this protection are unfairly competing with those travel companies who are paying for this proection.
