T'was I with the huge flagpole! TVR at the top, Union Jack, St Gorge cross, Bentley, MG flags. Pistonheads flag would be a wonderfull adition to the flagpole. I even managed to get on the 2002 DVD at the end. Pistonheads Flag is a must for 2003. Chimaera S3TAY

Ted

What about some 'PH sitckers'.

e.g Questions de Vitesse - Le Mans 2003? or something of that nature. Not sure if that is the correct French translation for Speed Matters BTW.

Put me down for a flag please if they go ahead. Going down with a fellow PHer.

Cheers

An exact translation would be:
Speed matters = "La vitesse compte"

...But I'm afraid it sounds a bit stupid in french

IMO "Question de vitesse" sounds much better and has more meaning

And the German equivalent would be..?? at this rate Ted will have to be multilingual or maybe that is the answer to expand PH, have the same site in different languages?? PH the franchise!!

Felix, either 'Geschwindigkeit bedeutet' or 'Geschwindigkeit zählt' (counts), which sounds dodgy; better would be 'Eine Frage der Geschwindigkeit' which is the equivalent to la 'Question de vitesse'.

Personally, I would suggest 'Die Geschwindigkeit sollte man nicht ausser acht lassen', but then again, most Germans understand 'Speed Matters'

Definately up for the PH Flag, I will ensure it is on display at the top of the Huge Houx Annexe flag pole!!

Friday night for PH meet up sounds good, but Sunday night is the best night at Houx Annexe. We will be laying on the usual firework display at the roundabout too!

Bring on the beer mountain!!!

We're in Houx , but by some alarming site booking disater, the rest of our group are in either Maison Blanche or Bleu. Wondering whether to sacrifice Houx's shower block and swap for MB - any thoughts?

Flag - that could be good!

Personnely I'd swap showers for being near my mates, it's a long walk back to your tent after a few to many beers
And the more you smell the less you get hasseled by dodgy french chaps

I like the idea of this... we have 8 cars going, MGBv8, TVR (something), 911, MR2 Turbo, Celica GT4, 200sx, and two others...

Think Friday & Sunday sounds good... WE are staying in Houx.... you'll know us... the lot that sing about Duff all the time ;o).....

Would be good to organise a specific place...
