They were ironed before they were sent out. I rolled them up as I thought that would be better than folding them. Sorry, I don't have poles.

Thats my 2 flags ordered.

Incidentially thanks to Ted's efficency and whoever it was that mentioned fleeces just before Easter. As a result I ordered 2, 1 for myself and one for the other half on Maundy Thursday, they arrived Easter Sauturday and she liked it so much she didn't think about the fact I had bought one for myself too!

Dave, I took yours to the Post Office on Saturday lunchtime. They were posted first class so hopefully you should have them in the morning.

Got mine today, thanks Ted. However my strict diet of fish&chips, pizza, biscuits etc is working as the Paddock Jacket I also ordered is a little large! Knew I shouldn't have ordered the XL.....

If you want to swap it for a large that's not a problem (assuming it's not covered in kebab by now).

I used these last year - to be honest, I think they are just fly fishing rods but they did the job nicely. Takes up bugger all room in the boot as well!

Just what I was thinking to. Wonder if they will find a sudden run on flag poles!

We got our flag pole/fishing rod from the Carrefour in Le Mans last year. 6m tall was about £6.00. Just put the bottom end over a metal spike or carefully push it into the ground, as long as you're not at Expo

The only down side is that they are very thin at the top end so multiple flags or a head flag will bend it over.

Eight flags left.

Le Mans shirts ordered too. These have been done in conjunction with Rob Barff so he can buy some more baked beans (his staple diet I'm told).
