Ted, not sure what kind of shirts your after, but if its printing try LB International in Brighton, I use them for our stuff, and one offs etc.

My GF will be happy to Iron on a load of motif's on plain T-shirts for a price dont tell her i said that though and u would have to supply motif and T-shirts.

If you're not bothered about embroidered products, this company did us a very good deal for our football team kit. They use lasered logos which are very good for complex designs and look excellent.
