I'd like one as well. It can go next to the Union Flag, St Georges Cross, Chequered flag and East Sussex TVR banner. With that many flags who needs a tent .

Crossing Dover<>Calais on Seacat at 10:00am on Thursday....

Was meant to be camping at Maison Blanche but with the complete balls-up by the ACO, may end up heading for Bleu...

Will be in a mixed-up convoy, consisting of the Tuscan, an MR2-Turbo, Audi A3, BMW 3-series, Peugeot 206 and a Peugeot 406 Coupe!

I'll be up for a PH flag too though!

Open Day was great. 27 Ultimas turned up and Ali thumbed a lift with one of them to their AGM. Lucky bugger. It was too busy for general Test drives. Ted wasn't expecting so many people to turn up.

Deposit is down...Delivery in 12 weeks for the first 6 stages. Now to sort out the Garage and required tools.

Maybe catching a lift in another TVR for LeMans in the spare seats available instead of taking the Jeep.

I suppose that he tried to persuade you that a Granada
engine would be far better that a small block chevvy..

Stages 1 - 6 : I have a few tools that would be useful
pop rivet gun, C clamp, Drill and a brake pipe flaring tool.

Sounds like it will arrive when you are at Le Mans - perhaps Frances could have it completed for when you return.... only joking if you read this Frances !

Barter - Well done! If you had let yourself known to me (don't know how!!!) I would have taken you for a gentle run !!!!

Have you joined the owners club yet? Very worth while whilst going through the build process.

What model did you go for?

Ordered the first 6 stages for the Ultima GTR. Have already joined the club (about a month ago) and attended the AGM on Sunday.

I should have introduced myself but I spent most of my time trying to find either Ted or Richard to place and order and also looking over the cars to find any pointers for my own build.

Ted gave me a test drive in 2000 ( a week before my wife decided it would be nice to move house!) and I'm still recovering from the near death experience, or so I thought, as we approached the first corner!

My passenger certainly enjoyed his 'lift' to the AGM in a black 500bhp GTR. Am now breaking it to the TVR club that I've gone over to the otherside.
