What would be useful would be pence per mile for going over

This is really good thread, I'm not sure it is needed mind.

What gets me is that for the cost of some of these leases someone could get a night on the beers, a chippy tea and still have enough to buy a seven year old Golf on the way home and then have something to show for it. What do people think?

An excellent idea but as predicted no more than 18 posts in an someone starts the old 'why lease when you can buy' arguement.

OP can you ask people to include the total cost of the lease? I think that's the most important number for lots of people and makes comparing a lot easier! Cheers
