Thanks to all the superb advice on here I have taken the plunge and ordered this
From these chaps:
I paid a £350 deposit 2 and a half weeks ago. I have asked for an update a few times. I have been told to be patient and wait for a build date as "fleet orders" are handled a different way to normal.
Browsing Audi forums it seems that once you place an order a build date is given soon after.
I have 2 questions. Has anyone used these guys before and can vouch for them and secondly is it normal to pay £350 upfront and hear nothing for nearly 3 weeks?
Company number shown on web-site is for a "JHM AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED" established in 2012 at the same address as shown on your pictures, but has been dormant ever since, changed director ship on 29/03/17 has a total of £0.00 accounts every year since it started (i.e. dormant). From these chaps:

Personally I would be very weary, I certainly wouldn't be paying money upfront, but hey the positives are no bad reports about them on-line and if they are answering the phones and replying to emails, then possibly just started up and all is ok. Weirdly phone number in your photos is not their phone number on their web-site...

Contract term :
24 months
Rental profile :
9 + 23
Annual mileage :
8000
23 monthly rentals of:
£117.19
Initial rental:
£1054.71
Processing fee :
£298.80
Finance doc fee :
£0.00
Manufacturer RRP:
£21285.00
That comes out at £168.67/mth and 19% which seems cheap. Unfortunately the ST-Line is just a dressed up Zetec and I wanted Titanium but one of those is £232/mth and 26%.
You can get some of the Fords on PCP with 0% APR though so that might another option.

Dealer are doing a decent deal and some of their Titanium and Titanium X are reasonable priced too.

Sorry about the link. It was on their personal site too but they only had 15 in stock so they went pretty quick according to the people on hukdhttp://www.fleetprices.co.uk/personal-lease-cars/f...

Here's the link to the business one - when I looked on my PC it also showed the personal (incl VAT) cost
Give them a ring I guess

With all the posts recently about that company in Manchester setting up and then asking for £2k+ deposits before they'll 'place an order' (which has now disappeared off CH&L IIRC) I'd be very wary too.Personally I would be very weary, I certainly wouldn't be paying money upfront, but hey the positives are no bad reports about them on-line and if they are answering the phones and replying to emails, then possibly just started up and all is ok. Hopefully the £350 was paid on credit card and can be reversed as fraudulent if all is not right.

Where does it say it's fully maintained?https://www.arnoldclark.com/new-cars/seat/leon/2-0...
It did say it yesterday, but I don't see this information any more. Must have been an error which was corrected.
Someone posted Octavia VRS245 from Simpsons earlier. Looks like more dealers and brokers are offering it now.
Hatchback, Manual starting from £7,320.00 total for two years - https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/independent...
Hatchback, DSG from £7,895.36 total, the same broker. 10K miles pa.
Estate is couple of hundreds more total over 2 years.
RRP for Hatchback is £27K manual and £28K DSG, discounted price £23K and £24K. So deal is not that great comparing to discounted price.

Look at the history more carefully. It's obviously an off-the-shelf 'shell' company that was bought and renamed in July 16 and was - naturally -dormant up to that point. This is a common way of starting a business rather than forming a company 'from scratch'. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/0802700...It's FCA registered from Aug 16 so that ties in too. https://register.fca.org.uk/ShPo_FirmDetailsPage?i...
Hardly "long established" but everyone has to start somewhere. I'd say don't worry unduly, and it's not a scam from what I can see.

I think that is a good deal given the lack of offers on the VW side.£248pcm, £1490 initial, 10,000 miles.

Definitely seems good spec for the money.
The fee is £250 so £310.5 all in.
Just under £50 per month more than the 1.4 petrol engine (FYI I think Select car leasing have the best deal on the 1.4 s line at the moment).
