I do think the S5 looks much nicer though. Is that the general consensus on here too?

What was the best S5 saloon deal for 10k this year so far?
I would have preferred the S5 sportback to the s4 but I'd rather save £25 per month more.

I've just had confirmation that I've got a MK 7.5 Golf GTI 5DR in Deep Black Pearlescent. Glad they included met paints as I'm still unsure about the std Black Rubin colour.
On a 1+23
8K
Excess mileage at 6.2p which is decent too.
£307 p / month inc vat.
10 weeks to wait though.

£360 fees.

£7383 total over the 2 years, or £3691 per year.

Not the super cheap deals of last year, nor the better deals of last month, but suits me and my Audi goes back in June so works for me!

Anyone seen any good offers on small run around car. Looking for something £100-£150 a month.
Not the most PH of cars but I have been looking for a Fiesta size car for the mother-in-law to replace her Fiesta Zetec S which is shortly due back.

The best all round deal I have been able to get an actual quote for is for the new model (2017) Seat Ibiza SE Technology 1.0 TSI 95. The new model is now 5 door only and this modeal comes with pretty good standard kit including sat nav, 8 inch touch screen and numerous other things. The deal also includes free metallic paint.

The figures for anyone interested:-

Admin Fee - £234 inc VAT;
Initial rental - £430.55 inc VAT;
23 rentals of - £143.52 inc VAT.

Total cost over the 2 years being £3,965.51

That's for 8k pa and through AVC (All Vehicle Contracts).

The car's list price with metallic paint will be £15,785 so I work out that this deal is almost bang on 25% of list price so not amazing but also not too bad either.

I have compared with other Seat Ibiza deals as well as Fiesta, Polo and other small hatches and nothing comes close when comparing spec for spec. I also tried getting quotes from Seat dealers direct but none have bothered to respond or quote sadly.

Estimated delivery time is 10-12 weeks albeit we have agreed for delivery to be delayed until September when current car will go back.

Might be of interest to someone looking for a smaller car or little run around.

It's a Manual.

No extras - the met / pearlescent paint was included - well, it's paid for somewhere!!

That's a decent deal.

I'm happy enough with mine though - I'm more than covered by my car allowance anyway

They are factory orders rather than "in stock" and I've checked with the AVC and I have been told it will be the new model. Also, as we have asked for delayed delivery meaning that the build date may be pushed closer to the September delivery date.

Can't speak for the 1.5 FR but it seems AVC are able to get some competitive deals on various Seats at present including a Seat Leon Coupe which my brother-in-law is thinking about taking up.

May be worth giving them a nudge to see whether they can offer anything on other new models such as the 1.5 FR.

This looks like a good deal:

BMW 730d
8k
24 Months

Initial: £4501.58 (Inc VAT)

Monthly: £375.13 (Inc VAT)

Total cost: £13,129.62

That works out at 20.2% for a car notorious to depreciate faster than anything the world has seen.

Total is 39999.68
Ammortised £1660 a month.

I'm sure most of us could stretch....:P

Not bad though, hits the <25% mark..

+ VAT = 30%, but still tempting.

CVL's website seems to be down? Huge demand for this deal?
