new S3 purchase where to go??
Discussion
Good evening all! Had some joy from this forum before when selling and buying so hopefully someone knows someone.
I am trying to buy (deal depending) a new Audi S3 Sportback with limited spec on pcp (metallic, auto, B&O, sun pro glass). This is proving challenging as dealers don't seem as customer centric as they were during my BMW sales days. Granted the deal I am after is a monster but not beyond the realms of % in my experience. If nothing more a good contact to go through it but ideally one someone has experienced big deals.
If anyone has a good contact that would be great and thank you again PH!

Is basically the problem you want x and want to pay y, but dealers are telling you it will cost z, and you are not happy about it?
no I have had 1 dealer offer me pretty much what I was after then came back with the wrong colour and said they didn't have build slots. 8% is a general offer but there are some out there at 10% (car wow and orange wheels suggest higher.)One of the comments was go car wow but as I say having done the sales job in the motor trade it seems a shame thats the way to go. thats all

Have you thought about leasing?
Its probably cheaper?
to be honest I haven't. purely because we were always advised not to go that route. I guess the only thing is the inflexibility if you decide to change for something earlier but thats a good shout I will have a little look online. Its probably cheaper?

good shout I think I will try it. just seems a shame that thats the way to go other than direct to the dealer but it is 2017!
sounds significant also a very nice car
All it does it let all the dealers in the country registered on it bid for the sale, not a lot different to you just going dealer to dealer or going to Homebase to check prices against those in b&qsounds significant also a very nice car

Why is it a shame to use Car wow etc?
Go to Costa/Nero and use their wifi to browse if you want a frothy coffee while you haggle.
I bet the £3 for the costa coffee is less than you save using an aggregator.
