Any one know if the deals on the XC60 are stock or factory order
What is the current best deal for the XC60?
The one I ordered last week was the last stock R-Design (through Wessex Fleet) apparently. Cheapest depends on what spec you're after - the Momentum spec wasn't for me so I paid more for the R-Design. If you can't find a diesel and want that spec, I think you can get the T5 250hp for around the same money. £300 9+23 8k.

Were the T5s stock and if so, who had them...?

Hoping not to be the first to be directed back to Contract Hire & Leasing, but bear with me.

I need a 4x4. An actual 4x4, not a 4x4-shaped 2wd SUV.

Almost all leasing sites let you filter by 4x4, but almost all results are then 4x2s.

Anyone seen a decent, mid-sized proper 4x4 or 4wd estate, other than a Golf R or Leon ST, for around the £7k mark for 2 yrs, probably 5k miles is enough.

I'm not writing off the Golf or the Leon ST, just already had one and ready for a change.
Skoda Superb Estate 4x4. £5,949 - 2 years, 10k miles.

https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/independent...

Tip for searching Contract Hire & Leasing. Use the search box in the filter, don't add a make or model. Select initial payment (e.g. 3 month) and up to £250, then in the free text field at the bottom of the filter input 4x4 or AWD or 4WD or Quattro or 4Motion or xDrive or 4Matic etc.

Someone asked regarding the giulia veloce order on the previous thread.

It was a 6+23 deal, 8k mileage, standard specification with red interior at £268.70 pm. Build slot confirmed, car should be here late February.
That's a good price, £7792.30 total. Any fees? The cheapest I could find was (9+23 8K) £8608. Is it from Thames Alfa Romeo dealer in Slough? Have you got any contact details you can email me?

The chap after a C43 did you get a good deal. I'd really like one but the offers have been pants?

I know people can't buy them at the end but were people allowed to let others buy their Golf R estates? And if so how much were the rental companies asking? Quite interested in purchasing a 2 year old one...

Best price I have seen is with Blue Chilli Cars £1889.46 deposit and x23 at £209.94 inc VAT based on 5000 annual mileage. Anyone got a cheaper quote and know the excess mileage cost?
I prefer dealing with dealers direct (poor experience with a few brokers) but I cant seem to find any Volvo dealers who can give lease quotes, any contacts available?
That seems a good deal - is it worth the premium over the Ateca/Karoq?

Thats the same dilemma I’m facing as I look for a replacement for the family bus (currently in a super cheap Yeti deal), albeit i’ve got another 4 months before i need to properly start looking.

The Karoq is a lot of car for the money, but I love the XC60 interior although i think in non R-line trims, the exterior is quite dull.

I know that Rybrook Volvo in Warrington were putting out cheap S90 deals a few months ago, but haven’t seen them offering XC60 deals yet. Might be worth giving them a try.

Yeah the Volvo at £280 or the Karoq at £220....I know which engine I would rather have and love the look of the Volvo but is that worth the extra £1440ish over 2 years? Not sure

The only Volvo dealers I can see that have offers are FRF Volvo Swansea, Lipscomb Volvo Maidstone or Stoneacre Volvo Lincoln - but none of theses dealers are getting close to the price I previously quoted with Blue Chilli Cars. They seem to be a good £50 to £80 per month more expensive. I personally think a Volvo XC60 is better than Ateca/Karoq and it's a lot quicker. I have asked Blue Chilli Cars for the excess mileage rate and just waiting to hear back.

The other thing to consider is that its actually the XC40 which is the comparable to the Karoq (although the Karoq is big for its class).

The XC60 is from the class above. So might be worth holding out for a cheaper XC40 deal if you can wait.

Hi, i have been offered the following and am trying to work out if this is a good deal.

Sharan 2.0 TDi SE Nav 150 BMT DSG Auto

Initial £2400
23 x 196.98

5000 miles per annum

can have delivery February or delayed until June.

My current lease runs out in September, and i need a 7 seats as have 4 children.

Other half thinks it is not a very good deal.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Depends if you are happy to spend £7k minimum over the next two years on something like that.

What are the alternatives available to you?

You can get much nicer cars for the same or less, but what do you actually need - then work out if you are happy to pay for it..

Thank you for thoughts. The only other lease deal on a decent 7 seater i can find is a Touran, we have this already and am finding it just a bit to small. Gutted we missed out on the Peugeot deal a few months back.

Be interested to hear the answer to this question - looks like it might be the answer to my 'What 4x4 for £7k?' question above...

Cheers - that's useful - 150 hp in a car that size must be lightning slow, coming from a Leon ST Cupra, but worth a look - certainly a big car for the money.

You can. VWFS will happily quote for you to buy the car you lease with them. They wanted close to full "optimistic" retail for the Tiguan so didn't take them up on their offer though but I could have.

Does the black edition A4 have much more than the S Line? I'd like an Avant but the BE A4's are about £40-50 pm more. There's a saloon version available at approx the same cost as an S Line Avant. As far as I can see the BE doesn't have that much more.

For anyone thinking about a Golf GTE, I had a call from a VW dealer saying that VW have suspended new orders on the model until further notice. Apparently the lead time upto the end of last week for one of these was 36 weeks (!!!!).

I thought i was being too eager asking for quotes 5 months in advance of my A4 going back... obviously i was too slow!
