Last 3 pages have been about servicing so thought I might aswell ask my question.

Maybe you can tell me your thoughts on this deal then. As I put deals on and ask for people’s thoughts but don’t get any replies.

A4 sline Avant 1.4
£232 monthly
£1393 initial
8000 miles
2 year deal

£6734 over the 2 years

I think it's a pretty good deal, similar to the one I've got with Crewe Audi but I've gone for 3 up front rather than 6. Similar price overall.

Very broad strokes but - Advertising and promoting financial regulated products which don’t exist and are not accurate is against financial conduct authority rules not to mention misleading customers on the availability of credit products ...

It’s in the fca handbook

I think you are on thin ice, all providers have the right to withdraw an offer at anytime. As long as they don’t accept the order and counter sign they can cancel it. It’s most heavily discribed in their terms when you sign.

The best bet would be the ASA for misleading advertising!

Current lease ends mid June so looking at Golf 2.0 Gti 5 door 6 + 36 , 10k as below. Windrush (current dealer) have quoted £2174 then £345 which seems way off. Any thoughts on Drayton or deals elsewhere ?.

I signed up to the XF deal via Select on the Monday after it was posted and have an anticipated delivery date of 28.04.18. I’m thinking I should probably give them a ring on Monday and make sure I’m not going to have to restart the search.
I submitted an order with select on the Friday via their website. Got a call back on the Saturday to confirm. Rang them mon, tue, wed and was told I was on the list. Wed night I got a call saying I’d missed out. Not convincied it was first come first served, more like pot luck. The deals they offered as an alternative were rubbish frankly. Not impressed.

Finally chose my next car today.

BMW M140i shadow edition, auto

£1000 up front
£321 a month thereafter

7,000 miles; 2 years

Best part of the deal was, I was admiring the i8 as I was leaving (I hadn’t signed the contract at this stage as I always sleep on it before confirming). Call from the salesman on the way home; if I sign the deal by 5pm tomorrow, I get car mats, a full tank......and an i8 for 24 hours.

Wonderful.
Nice. Your deal is cheaper overall than the one I just posted above. Mind me asking which BMW dealership is that with and any hoop jumping to prove you get a car allowance or whatever?

Just realised yours is Auto too! Do you have a link to the deal please?

Don’t know if it was click bait but Bowker popped up on my Facebook stating if you get car allowance then you can get business rates! I know this was debated a few pages back and not sure what the conclusion was anyway they have the 140i for the following

Pretty good deal all round! The i8 is a surprisingly dull car imo having had a go in one be interested in your impression.

Tbh I wouldn’t lease a Leon cupra st for anymore than 260 a month with 3 month initial at 10k pa for 24 months. The current deals seem a bit higher than 3-4 months ago where I was getting quoted for 254 per month with above rental properties. Was on manual ofc and the DSG was at 304 per month on above rental properties.

Just be patient, they are bound to release some cracking deals. I found the deal off whatcar when I was looking. I ended up jumping on the xc60 instead for the 265 a month deal.

It’s actually through the main BMW dealership in Edinburgh. Those seem to be the rates available across the board (basically, I wasn’t able to haggle them down). I am eligible for the business rates; however, as I am paid a car allowance as part of my salary.
