Exclusive Automotive- York

I'm wondering if any of the Pistonheaders have any knowledge of Exclusive Automotive, York, North Yorkshire.

I'm sorely tempted to buy one of their cars and I'm just trying to do as many checks as possible before I jump in fully.

I should say that I have been at their premises which is a small unit on an industrial/ trading estate and it's very well set out and the cars I looked at there all seemed in excellent condition, I'm just wondering if Pistonheads can offer any further information as there is very little from searching Google, not too surprising though as it seems a relatively new company.

Never heard of them. I do know there seem to be a few 'pop up' companies around Tockwith/Wetherby area.

Also never heard of them until a few hours ago when they were featured on a (fairly new) youtubers channel who is selling their (unusual) car and the owners said they would sell it within a week.

Certainly a fairly new company with limited filing history, though one of the two directors has a middle name that is a bit like your username according to companies house...

I looked at their companies House record, I assure you I'm not the same person,

My first name is James and when I created the account a few years ago I was selling my MK1 Focus RS, hence the user name.

I'm looking into buying the Mercedes C63 they have on their website if you want to look at my posting history.

I believe one of the owners is associated to the Fitted UK Car show brand, but don't quote me on that

I'm sure you are correct, they had a van outside the unit with that brand all over it.

I noticed that car on their website last night, it's certainly unique.

I’m a niche but very specialist car dealer operating just outside York.

Don’t know them.

However the business has applied and received a FCA licence to offer consumer credit under that name.

Maybe a new start up?

If you jumped through hoops to get to this point maybe you deserve a chance?

The 14k Blue Leon Cupra they have was very local to me. Nice motor to be honest and the lad spent enough on it.

I started the topic, I didn't buy from them.in the end. I loved the car but something just didn't feel.right to me around the company and buying experience, they didn't seem overly bothered whether I bought the car or not, maybe that's just how they run but I walked away in the end.
