Collected my 430i that I ordered back in October from Lizzie at BMW Bristol.

It was a great experience and the car is really nice.

Niiiice.
Looks a lot more aggressive than a 420i. I thought they would look the same, except for perhaps an extra exhaust outlet
What are you paying? I was tempted by the 440i vias nhs deals it worked out 399 per month and £1k down, I just couldnt justify it maybe the 430i is the way to go.

Back on the hunt as my A4 Allroad goes back in May.

Change in missus’ job means she’s now got a GLE as the ‘family’ car, so thinking I’ll get something little and nippy for my 5 mile country lane commute.

Was looking at Audi TTs, nothing especially great standing out but you can currently get the 45 (245hp) coupe on a 1+ at around £320 a month.

They’re pretty cheap to buy though, so fails miserably on the sub 20% test.

Anything else I should be considering?

Want to do 1+ as got a wedding to pay for at the same time the car goes back, ideally no more than £400/month.

My XC60, found on here a couple of years ago, is coming up for renewal, and I'm giving serious thought to a Skoda Superb Estate. Mainly because I'm going off SUVs full stop, and because the boot in the XC60 just isn't big enough for things like family camping trips.

Any good Superb Estate deals around that people have spotted on their travels?

Looks really nice I ordered the same spec but the 420i, just wondering if you did the finance paper work by email or when you picked it up ?

£320 a month with no deposit sounds very respectable on a 45 TFSI, might not be sub 20 but for a £33k car it's not a bad monthly at all for something you actually want

I picked up the LEAF this morning, it was fully charged and was showing 130 miles of range.
I've driven it 50 miles and it's now on 51% showing 75 miles of range.
Unfortunately I can't charge at work without being registered, a colleague said I could use his slot but he doesn't seem to have turned up today.
I'm going to pop into town at lunchtime and try and use a quick charger.
ePedal is interesting, took a few minutes to get used to but I think I could drive with it most of the time.
I also found turning the heating off made the range drop a lot slower, it didn't help that the heating was turned up to 30c when I picked it up!
\What was temp like outside? I'd expect you get get nearer 150 as you approach summer.
130 miles range would be fine for me. I can try to limit my occasional 200 mile trips to summer which means just one charge each way

So does GuessO'Meter refer to OBC that predicts how many miles of range remaining or is it when lease deals are posted with no link or info on where the deal is? wink

Lol. Yes Info on original post would be ideal but to be fair the answer was put on a couple of posts after? To save reading a few posts back here it is -

Main dealer Smith's Nissan Peterborough ask for Chris in sales not an advertised offer but available with code Rubixs10

Does it not show in the terms and conditions that the “from” price is the equivalent to net salary based on zero Benefit In Kind.

In reality it is probable more like £500 deducted gross.

After a bit of advice. I have leased cars for the past 5 years and taken cars as they come, however the missus is after a SUV and we are wanting an auto, as she just finds them easier. I like the look of the Tiguan, Koroq, Ateca, all in the sport spec, however there doesn’t seem to be any good deals on these, as I don’t really want to pay more than £300pm all in. I saw the recent Skoda deal but they have all gone (Zen) and they tried to offer me a Qashqai at nearly £400!

Does anyone have any suggestions of alternative SUVs, auto, in a sporty spec? She would need 10k per annum.

Thanks

You can lease direct from dealers, I got my audi s4 from audi for £280 a month 2k down, 8k a year
Just want to add I got a lease by inquiring at a main dealer recently that was cheaper than the cheapest provider on the LeaseLoco comparison site, with some extras.

Always worth checking with dealerships before you go with a third-party.
I concur....

Audi A6 2.0TDI Ultra S-Line DSG - £400 a month, 6 Month down, 3 Yr, 25k per year.........was a stock (well, at the port in Germany) car.
