Not sure if already posted but this looks a lot of car 7 seater for not much money

Was this deal legit? Can’t seem to find it anymore or maybe I was too slow
It disappeared not long after posting so was probably mispriced.
Legit - ours arrives on 10th Feb..
Legit, I have one on order, but through different broker. I was told I will have to wait until March for a new reg. Somebody mentioned 200 cars were available, all gone in 24 hours.

Hi, sorry new on here but didn’t want to start a new thread just to ask the below. Heard good advice here and been reading this thread for a few weeks now

I have been leasing for a few years now and looking to get something on pcp.

I have been offered a deal through the local VW dealer on a pcp for a 1.5l tsi 150bhp golf match edition. £240 upfront and then £277 per month for 4 years with the optional payment around £8k. This is all at 0% apr

Do any of you think this is a good deal? Got a test drive booked for next week to try the 150 and the 130bhp to see if there is any noticeable difference

Apologies again if it doesn’t belong in this thread

The 130 Match costs £2500 less than the PCP quote https://leasing.com/main-dealers/vertu-volkswagen/...

A GTI isn't that much more than the Match PCP price https://leasing.com/independent-brokers/uk-carline...

the wife's Karoq 1.0 SE Tech turned up the other day... it's quite impressive! Not as slow and gutless as i was concerned it might be, very economical, well built, feels like a bigger boot than a Tiguan (it doesn't have the movable bench seat that the Tiguan has). Decent enough spec. Even the basic blue colour is not that bad. Feels great value.

Did you go for servicing and tyres? I’m going to get a Tekna from Smiths aswell
I went for servicing, for just over £4 a month, not worth going for tyres, it was a lot more.

I almost went for a Leaf lease. Did a bit of research - bought a used one instead (4 year old Tekna 24kwh)

Bought it for £10.3k - will be worth £6k 4 years from now, so about £1k a year depreciation. Good all year round for commutes 60 miles or less.

Worth looking into. Depreciation on the previous gen has been huge, and then flattens out to a virtual standstill. Worth looking into.
Even the 40kWh leaf doesn't really match my range requirements, so no chance the older one will.
I'm sure it will for lots of people that do less mileage every day though.

Yep don’t belong in this thread smile but if want cheapest way to drive this car then PCH lease would be cheaper than PCP here.
Obviously you didn’t say miles, there is a deal here (may find better if shop around) that may suit eg a 3 year pch (so car is in warranty) for £229mth with £180 fee for 8k miles? You may have to pay more for metallic but then you don’t pay tax like a PCP.
You can adjust miles/term etc to suit check link.

Deal has been going for a while as was tempted a while back on the grey but slightly over my budget. Only metallic black left now but not a bad deal (apart from excess miles-ouch). thumbup

We’ve got one alongside our Tiguan 4motion. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Karoq was!

Anyone any experience with lex autolease and taking a business lease financed via a limited company? Trying to FTK on a e-tron (has to be business for the BIK) but quite a few hoops to jump thru... Ltd company is quite new though my wife has been self employed for 20 years. The broker says they wont consider a personal guarantee either....

Anyone on here know roughly how long it usually takes for a car (an Audi in this case), to go from build week to get to dealership in UK?

I've been given build week 5 (commencing 3rd February 2020) and just trying to work out how long I may have to extend my current lease for.

Not with lex but some are just awkward full stop. We've been going 14 years, turn over 250k a year, been leasing a few vehicles every 3 years and ye limbard still make us jump through hoops with accounts and personal gauruntees or bigger deposit etc yet others will be fine. Unfortunately being a franchise we don't get much of a choice!

Not sure if it helps but if you get the order number from the lease co etc you can track the build through all states. Bit of URL hacking required. Check my post on this page:

I wondering if its worth starting a LEAF thread as well.
I have put most of the quotes posted here on a spreadsheet.
About to 'FTK' as you guys say on a LEAF Tekna in Gun Metal.
1*23 £347.58 for 15k miles pa with Smith's.
That includes the service plan.
I might end up keeping my V90 till may regardless, but the insurance want £147 a month for temporary insurance.
I've started a thread here to avoid clogging this board up:

Would like another "sportscar" of similar quality.

Any recommendation of good deals going.
