I talked to RGW this morning, they've emailed the order confirmation at £299 on a 3+23, 10k pa. This deal wasn't advertised at the time but the staff member seemed to be confident it was available.

Presently not actioned this on my end as my partner has gone from certain she'd be happy with the car to not being sure rolleyes ill report if they can still honour if she has another change of heart and I submit
I'm getting mixed messages on here. Deal on or deal off ? I've just spoken to RGW and the deal is on. I am awaiting order proposal form.

I've gone for the metallic Mythos Black - £294 (23+6).
Can I get the number you called and who you talked too please

Thanks

Deal hopefully on. I've submitted finance application etc, just waiting for confirmation of the order on 3+23 £299 @ 10k miles. Ibis white, no options.

They did tell me first thing this morning that they had been inundated with enquiries over the weekend and they only have so many cars available, so they bumped the prices to stop applications. Assuming they are working through fulfilling them now.

@davidbailey that’s exactly what I am being quoted following a further call 10mins ago.

Extra £30pm to go to 3yr deal.
Met paint £26pm
Maintenance was £30pm & £33pm extra.

Asked if my last lease had been with VWFS and I answered no, this didn’t seem to be a problem.

Glad a few of you managed to jump on the deal. I was worried I may have scuppered it for myself!

Seems like a great deal to me and a whole lot of car for the monthlies. The facelift looks great. I know the broker fee is high in comparison, however I get the feeling they could sell these 10x over so didn't bother haggling.

Fingers crossed.

Definitely a good deal, I was looking at A3 S-Line last month for similar payments!

Don’t supposed you asked if delivery was driven or trailered? Meant to, but was more excited about the price being genuine! Lol

A5 deals galore !

Just received an email from Contract cars with Audi deals. This offer is for NHS staff only ! By my calculations it's working out pretty similar to RGW minus ~£200 over the length of deal.

They have cars in stock in metallic colours (only Navarro blue, Daytona grey and White).

The cars are slightly cheaper on their loyalty offer, but beware of ContractCars' fees - £600 broker fee and £300 'paperwork' fee I think. 10k miles pa though which slightly offsets the prices above which I think are slightly lower miles.

I've got til December so I'm holding fire - and I have to say, if you can avoid dealing with VWFS I would recommend you do so. They have been absolutely awful.

The only fee mentioned was the admin/broker fee at £500 plus Vat.

Like I said it's the cheapest I've seen and its available albeit very few in stock so hurry if anyone is interested. They must get paid by the NHS otherwise the next best offer is RGW.

It's unfortunate that none of the dealers /fleet services are anywhere near to matching these deals.

G2L have the C300 AMG auto inc metallic for £299pcm 9+23 on 8k miles.

Not sure these are currently in production (new one due soon?) so might be stock cars. Not an amazing deal, but not bad I don't think.

Trust me - they have a paperwork fee and they advertise it nowhere at all. They're OK to deal with, but do take that into account.

I have checked and your correct that is the normal processing fee for for paperwork. However, as I've said this is NHS deal and therefore no other charges apply apart from £600.

If you can get the metallic for that price as well, worth a look then.

Saying that other deals are starting to appear now - the C300 on G2L and CVL have the 2.5 PHEV Kugas for OK money. Depends on personal circumstances and taste etc. etc. but I really don't much like my A5 now - it's just so incredibly dull. As I said before, for mile munching it's fine, but if you're looking to use it round town etc. I'd look elsewhere myself unless the 4 rings on the nose mean a lot to you.

I’ve just spoken with Michael Brooks at Huddersfield Audi, he was about £90pm more expensive than RGW as I would not be eligible for the loyalty program.

When I told him of the deal RGW was offering he said he had spoken to someone earlier today regarding this very offer and that turned out it was for the old A5 with a lower spec! No tech pack, reverse camera etc which is now standard.

Now I’ve been told by RGW it’s a factory order so assume this should be the latest spec, but now I am having doubts!

Be aware the launch edition Kuga PHEVs were MUCH cheaper back in April so room for prices of these to fall further for those who think cheap deals are coming.

Yeah, be wary - Contract Cars also had MY19 cars they were trying to shift.

And noted on the Kuga - it's not a stellar deal, but I think a few things are emerging. I'm holding fire for either a killer deal, or may actually buy something. With my low mileage and desire to have something a bit interesting, I wonder if a lightly used S3 or similar might suit me better.

It was me in touch with Michael as I just got a bit twitchy about the RGW deal being pulled. He purely assumed it was the outgoing model due to the image RGW had on their website. Old spec A5’s stopped production a while ago now, so RGW’s cannot be the older spec due to it being a new factory order. He just can’t get close to the price. Confirm for yourself with RGW but I was told it’s for the facelift.
