Help getting samples from China

Chaps we have asked for a few samples of a cosmetic line we are thinking of doing, size is a shoebox but they have said and are firm on.
"We are able to provide 2 samples, when you give us FedEx or UPS or DHL account."
We dont have this facility what can we do to facilitate getting the samples?

We normally just send payment through this for the cost of the samples and shipping.
Never had a company refuse to send samples yet.

Cheers - they have agreed to use EMS if we PayPal a few $ over so should be ok but will give you a shout.
