Replace condenser iX35

Anyone able to recommend someone around Cardiff area to replace the aircon condenser, and any idea what a reasonable cost might be?

Dealer is quoting £720.

Any one that does Air Con Repairs. Either Mobile or Garage. A lot of places only do regas.

The Mobile Guy I use (North West) gave a Colleague a quote of around £300 to turn up, replace the Condensor (non-oem) and regas.
That was on a 2008 Ceed

Just in case anyone’s interested, Neil at Coolcon did the work.

There were complications on our side, availability of car etc but he was brilliant throughout. Informative, not at all pushy, flexible and did a great job at a great price.

In the end the job was done during lockdown and Neil opened his workshop on a Saturday just to do it, which was very helpful to us.

Couldn’t recommend him more highly !!
