Fair play to her, it’s a pretty tough old course.

She’s decided to join 7 RHA as well, that’s a tough Regt.

Yep, fair do's, P-Company isn't for the faint hearted.

20 years ago, I knew a pretty tough and fit guy that I used to work with that failed it.

Ironically, one of my uncle's, recently deceased, passed P-Company, got his beret and then flunked jump training and was RTU'd.

Good to see standards weren't adjusted. She earned her beret and the high level of achievement is undiluted due to the lack of any quota-ness. Here's hoping the Brigadier's comments were purely for encouragement and don't foreshadow any such dilution of standards.

yikes I wouldn't mess with her!!!!!!
Kudos: I wish her a great career - it sounds like she's found exactly the right thing for her.

Stig might say she has the mental...toughness. A superb achievement

All the more impressive as I imagine she gets more focus & attention compared to "just another bloke". Fair play to her!

Yeah fair one, good effort and hope she does well. Dance of the Flaming ahole ceremony may be interesting...

Well done to her, and even better that they didn't lower standards.

No question she deserves her beret.

With all this equality going on and women taking on more and more roles, how long do you think it'll be before they allow men to join the RAF Regiment?

I bet that stretcher hurt like a bd.

We were down to 2 on mine at just over halfway, me at 5' 9" and a dark green lad at 6' 2". The DS staff stepped in and all were over 6 foot. It bounced like fk and my ears were almost hanging off (probably).

Fair play to her - I bet she won the milling smile

Some knobhead on another forum was claiming she'd struggle to do the jumps course. Mate, if you can get through P Coy, then pissing about over Weston and surviving a night in Carterton is piss easy.
