As a matter of interest, if the overall cost is the same, why would anyone stump up, say, 9 months upfront? Obviously the monthlies are then cheaper but if you pay the minimum upfront then the remainder sits in your bank account longer and not theirs?
I’d imagine some people can’t keep money in their bank account without spending it so safer just to pay it upfront than waste it and be stuck with higher monthly payments.

Also cheaper payments for an informal extension

I was hoping for this. My monthly payment is £130 - not out of choice. But Volvo (Santander) have said they’ll only give me 28days extension @ £260. Lease ends in July so maybe they’ll offer something better nearer the end. I’m keen to extend given the dearth of decent deals at the moment.

I just got the following from Cupra Stockport:

Cupra Formentor VZ2 310PS
9+23 @ £342 per month
8000 miles per annum
8.8 ppm excess
Free metallic paint (Midnight Black or Magnetic Grey)
Choice of nappa leather: Black or Petrol Blue.

27% of P11D (though not sure if the fact the free metallic paint which pushes the P11D over 40k affects anything? - I've reached out and awaiting reply)

Other (higher mileage and longer contract) options available.

They may of been cheaper in the past but these are stock cars with delivery within 10 days.

These cars seem rather fully loaded (heated steering wheel, handsfree boot highlights for me) plus all safety tech: lane assist, emergency braking, active cruise, traffic jam assist etc.

Hopefully have the car for a week on Friday.

Is there a deposit payable?
9+23: 9 months deposit, £3078.

Anyone got a build date for their LeasingOptions Kodiaq yet?
Nope and the weekly update emails seem to be dropping off too frown
No build date. Update emails stopped a few weeks back. June seems unlikely at this point. You can extend any existing VWFS car on the same term with an order number I believe.

Mine went through first wk of feb, I got the SLI no. from Leasing options and went on Skoda live chat, they said with me beginning of august...

Damn, These leasing companies are slowly working out this personal leasing game aren't they.

If it doesn't have to be a sport line, this SE L seems quite a good deal?

Doesn’t say it’s the sportback, but the picture is a sportback.

I Probably deserve that as it's my first post biggrin but I have no links to them. Funnily enough came across the deal via an Instagram ad!

Yeah you're right. The Sportback does look a lot better than the Standard Sport

Leasing options were doing the Kodiaq (1.5DSG Sportline) for about £280 on a 3+35 with 8K miles a while back.

I have one on order at £330 but put the Canton sounds and pano roof in there to keep the wild bunch happy.
