I went for dolphin grey in the end. No I've not had to pay any admin fee, and I'm pretty sure there isn't one with Arval - I didn't pay one for my current car with them.
I think they have been on order for a while so hopeful for June.

I wouldn't have a problem with it being under warranty per se, as long as the price is right. Been looking at similar models and the Sportage seems a bit on the steep side just now - hoping some deals might crop up in the next few weeks.

Bear in mind that the Sportage is changing to the new model (which looks great!) so confirm with any brokers whether its the old model or the new one - ie likely to be stock or factory order.

Thanks, yeah I want the new model because I love the way it looks. Particularly the digital cockpit blending in with the infotainment system.

At what price would you bite the bullet? I can’t seem to decide but we have twins on the way and need a bigger car for the double pram etc so a bit pressed for time.

Hard to judge really. I had quite a long look at the Tucson deals that were floating around before Christmas but held off hoping the Sportage might come in around the same ballpark. If you find the right car at a price you're happy with that's all that matters really.

You could get a Tucson Ultimate 230 auto for around £335 on a 1+47 6k p/a in mid December. Was hoping for maybe a Sportage Gt Line auto in that region but nothing yet.

I have no inside info or anything - just previously seen new models come out with decent backing

Thanks for sharing this GTI CS offer. I have asked for a quote so just waiting to see if I can snag one. Currently have a 2022 Focus ST Line Vignale due in July for 1+35 £214 but regret not getting an auto and the thought of a 1 litre 120bhp engine isnt sitting well!

Great deal in the climate but perhaps not the most sensible car for a family with a 13 month old.... maybe it was for the best after all

Gutted. Only spoke with Robyn at 9am and she said no problem ill get the quote over. Sounds like poor communication internally. Nightmare.

haha, thanks mate. Have a Tiguan 1.5 Elegance DSG on order since Mid June 2021.... Constant waiting game with delayed build weeks. VW are really struggling with the chip shortage, confirmed recently that no new orders for VW ID3/ID4 being taken for 2022 build! All orders will be built in 2023 only if you are lucky enough to get a dealer willing to take an order! Madness....
