I have always done VWFS in the past - and dealt with some really rubbish lease companies which has put me off lease companies in general but everyone I have spoken too has filled me with confidence

Thanks to Sportaz for sharing this, still hasnt’t come up on any comparison sites (don’t know if Arval do). Excellent deal in the current climate with nothing anywhere near it, I’ve just ordered one myself in moonstone grey.

When I spoke with Robyn she said the cars were already ordered so could choose from a few different paint choices and upgrade the alloys to 19” (but only to the Adelaide not the nicer Estoril). Crazy that they don’t come with heated seats - makes no sense at all! But I could’t add this either even though it would be less than £10pm based on VW configurator!

No admin fee so win win if the market changes (highly doubt it)

I'm on the phone now, and Ricky has just told me this exact same message, he sold the last Clubsport GTI last night. Pushing the GTE once more.

He's trying to put me through to a difference sales team, as they have access to different cars?!?!?!?!?!

Arval have been great over the last 3 years when I've needed assistance, this seems a bit disjointed at best.

I’m still awaiting confirmation of my order but based on previous leases I would assume Inchcape are the dealer network providing the vehicle and Arval are the deal funders (I could be wrong). But if this is the case, I would assume Inchcape have no need to discuss anything until delivery.

Also for anyone interested - I had another look at the configurator and it seems that the car comes as standard with heated steering wheel! At least that takes the edge off not being able to have heated seats…

Im still a bit dubious about all this but I have accepted a quote on 1+35 in white with 19" wheels. Let's see if this actually gets confirmed!
