The only way this makes sense is if he meant litres instead of pots.

Happy Friday losers.

RR Brooklands, new ticket, listed as LPG but I can't tell if it is still on. It could make a usable smoker without too much concern over the coachwork. £8,000

Fabulous. I do love the muscular look of these and they're becoming very good value.
Thanks. I was planning on getting a late Arnage as I wanted the 6.75, but a local specialist put me off by telling me you can't use them in a Scottish winter as they rust for fun.

I never liked the first-gen Spurs, they just look flabby to me and felt a bit too VW; but when I started looking at this generation they seemed a nice step on, and as you say decent value for what they are

Agreed, why anyone would want that flat fart of an engine I don't know.

Congratulations Krikkit (again) smile

It is indeed the first recorded L405 to appear here.

Anecdotal side note after checking: we had 8 L322s in 2021 and 6 in 2022 making those the no.1 pick of the discerning bargiste of those years. nerd
Mine was one of the 2021 purchases. Sold in thread to QBEE earlier this year, and still much missed. Recently replaced with an L405 after months of looking.
Still very much in my possesion to this day, thanks JRB. I am glad to hear you have at last found the L405 of your choice.
JRB kindly sold me his car back in June when I was asking questons about RRs generally and he thought he was going to part-ex his the next day.

It is still running fine, though has developed the L322 cold weather habit of throwing up random alarming warnings on the dash.
They panicked me at first, now I just turn it off and turn it on again and they generally disappear. It is just being grumpy at cold starts.
LandieMark on here (I think it was) passed on the useful info that they could generally be ignored safely.

Problem is, Tobinen, that my L322 was above Thread Upper Limit of £5,000, and all L405s will be too without doubt.

My L322 5.0 exceeded the thread budget in fuel alone in the first year biggrin

Is that cold starts daily or after sitting for a while?

Fiday. V12. Just over half thread budget.

And a lot of space to fit that bloody season tree! hehe

Shirley that's got to be very broken? Ah, previous cat S. No mention of mileage, or service history, and number plate not shown. Where do I sign up? hehe

I guess CAT S doesn't help. I had one and got £2500 on ebay with an engine and numerous other faults, no MOT.

I did like it but the number of faults did get wearing, after that I leased a new 840 which cost about the same over two years smile

But the 760 was a nicer car to drive day to day IMO, despite being 20 years older.

Daily. Not every day, but more than 50% I would say.
More likely to happen on the first start of the day than if I drive to the stables, spend 20 minutes doing horse things and then start it again.
The car gets used every day.

When I was laid up for three weeks after a knee replacement operation on my birthday (August Bank Holiday Sunday, my surgeon was definitely earning his electric Porsche that day) the car was also laid up, but that was before the suspension fault issue started. The car started fine 3 weeks later, much to my delight.

I sold the M3 privately. I was expecting it to take months to sell, but it took 4 days and got full asking price hehe so now I have the GTS 4.0 and the E46 325i.

Is it running hotter than it should in pic 22? Most cars have it so at operating temp the needle is in the middle?

EML as exhaust sensor. Sure it is mate, that's why you've not sorted it before sale.
