No tax or MOT, cheap insurance and yet you get to enjoy cruise control, air-conditioning, electric velour and a slushbox as you waft into a CAZ without charge. Throw your modern in the bin and become instantly cooler.
That's very cool!

I'm not a bmw fan, but that is flippin gorgeous.
Id happily have that sat on my gravel drive and take artistic shots of it at sunset with the wisteria and willow woven hedges as a backdrop, whilst my wife gracefully egresses said vehicle wearing her finest holland cooper tweed suit.

But fantasy aside, that IS gorgeous. Lines and proportions have aged wonderfully. How can a company that built such a looker have then produced this monstrosity?

The CL is rather handsome.

Also, the images of the Mondeo are instantly recognisable of the mezzanine car park at my local B&Q hehe

That Honda Legend has led a hard life by the looks of it.

What's going on with the wheel, is it a trick of the light?

That Legend with full history is an intriguing project for someone.

I wouldn't want to touch that seat belt until it had been disinfected.

Looks like someone started a refurb, then gave up.

Oh god, that's gorgeous. I keep thinking I should go electric/hybrid for a daily and then I think why not go classic barge instead.

Yeah I like that a lot. Obvious driveway dealer. What do we think the reserve is? £6k? More, surely?

Do it W00DY, while you can. Also greener to buy an older car if that is even remotely a consideration. Win.

Saves you half a job. Massive deep clean, new boot/light seal, bit of filler and a rattle can and you'll have a reliable and vaguely interesting £3k smoker.

Exactly the type of car I'd like to mess about with when the kids have flown the nest and I need a hobby.

I thought that but it seems a disproportionate amount of effort relative to what's been expended on the rest of it.

Isn't it under a wooden trimmed flap or cover?

From the advert I get the impression that someone was doing it up but has lost the will.

If it's mechanically and electrically as described, and the service history is genuine, then the rest looks pretty easy to rectify on the driveway to an acceptable standard.

£1500-1700 probably buys it.
