Lot 1 and no reserve, sounds like an ideal buy for you, before people arrive for the bulk of the auction https://www.swva.co.uk/vehicle/cdx3qvwpk4h9xklgwuc...

Lovely things, agreed, but two points to make. 1. I'm not convinced that showing doggo on the front seat sans blanket is a good idea. Surely muddy paws and sharp claws are not a great match for light leather.
2. Pictures two and three. Does he think he's David Bailey or what?

The Saab is lovely. A lot of money for a 4 pot diesel, I think, but a lovely car nonetheless.
ETA A "Record" button??

It's so when you're alone, about to drop a fart so loud that it would would make Westminster Abbey crumble, you can record it to playback when the missus and others are in the car and blame her. Bonus points for shifting the balance to her side of the car, to make it even more plausible ETA A "Record" button??

This really does seem fully loaded too. DTS stereo, DVD, heated and cooled seats, green needles, and this display on the dash - no idea what it shows but I want one.

I'd really like the petrol v6 turbo version of this. Lifelong Saab fan but think this is the only 'traditionally good looking' car they have built. biggbn said:

The 9000 too, shirley ? But fair point, these two are the most conservative, probably deemed necess to attack the ‘exec’ market.anotherswifty said:

Very much this, playing on the aero theme again. Artificial horizon looks for climb/descent. Maybe tweaked for car use to show roll when cornering, the number might be an accelerometer in gee s, although 10 would have your eyeballs out so I doubt you d even need a number past 2.ETA - it does say mph, so a lovely nod to the scrolling speedo in the DS or CX Citroens. (fellow stable mates in the quirky car dept. RIP.)
