No-one can see your blue leather with the windows up though.
Why have you put nasty wheels on my Merc?
I didn't really want the split rim versions, but Ai does as it pleases.

I did polish the headlights for you and I wanted it to swap the plates for a more period look, but no such luck.

Have you tried advertising on retro rides?

The distance is probably not ideal for most people, as mentioned above no aircon is not the best selling point at this moment in time either.
I'd love this and as I'm about to hand the company car back end of the month, this would fit the bill as occasional transport on the odd days I need to go somewhere when the wife is at work in the other car.

But the idea of driving from Portsmouth (or whatever it is on the south coast) all the way back to Yorkshire, sitting in a leather paddling pool of my own bk-sweat for 5 hours.....
Soz, but i do hope it goes to a good home.

Happy Friday losers!

A nice old Hector to turn lots of petrol into sound and some forward momentum.

Or, depending on how much of a lunatic you are, you could buy 10 Kias for that sort of money wink

Two Safrane Biturbo's on Friday budgets (but still half the price of some dealers) - both LHD and a short hop over the channel ish? Anyway putting them in because I love the seats and French fastness is always cool to me.

Germany

French with terrible photos, I don't know what is going on with the 3rd photo laugh

Then closer to thread budget, who want's to say they drive a Leopard... not many I'm going to bet but it does look comfortable
Leopard HY33 it has been repaired at some point but for £6,000 to Southampton if the inspection checks out and you'll have plenty to fix the wheels.

So quick! And agree, it does look menacing in that colour though.

For those who think leggy old Merc V8 wagons are gold dust...

About 118k on that, it looked decent and I think was a dealer trade in. I'm half glad I'd missed it or I'd have yet another old turd to deal with.
No tints and a trade-in makes me think it could be very good.

I'm glad i don't have a BCA account.
It'll turn up soon enough, probably for £10k as a modern classic.
And lo, it came to pass at £11,000 (apologies for the mega-quote)

My 240 was one of the best cars I owned and that is a lovely example.

Mine was just like this but black and with the aux dials and a tape cassette that you put in landscape rather than portrait.

Not a cool car but still strangely appealing, love it
