Wow, never mind the charging speed, as a Dorset resident I am impressed there is even a charger in Lytchett Matravers! Its like travelling back to the 1960s once you venture away from the Poole and Bournemouth conurbation in my county!!
Perhaps I should have kept quiet about it, I may need it again, I'd been to Poole as it happens.
There was a Jaguar I-Pace plugged in the other supply when I arrived, but he left after about 15 mins, he'd been plugged in most of the day he said.greenarrow said:

It's been a Poole overflow since they started chucking Turlin Moors finest into the Spinney back in the 80's. I agree its an odd place to stick a charger, I can't imagine it's that well used unless they're hoping to snaffle those heading north up the A350 from the ferry. tamore said:

Not sure, the Honda isn't one of the better ones, 50kw max speed I think.
I've had 40kw plus using a fast charger but I rarely use them, only if I need the equivalent of a splash and dash to get home when on a motorway. 90% of my charging is done at home on a 3-pin plug.
guessing, but don't think you'd ever see 22kW on a type 2, and probably 11 is the max.

It's by the recreation ground on the High St, and as it's an untethered fast, max 22 kW (ie not rapid or ultra-rapid), it's more a nod to providing a spot for those who can't charge at home, I expect.
I used it because I needed about another 40 miles of range to get me back home to the Midlands. MightyBadger said:

What s the question?
Never heard anyone in here mention them and was the first I have heard of them. Snazzy rename of pleather to vegan leather. Would it not have been better for Tesla to release an cheap SUV to rival the Chinese ones?

head. And you lap that stuff up MB?
Lap it up? It's entertainment, a rant, somebody's point of view. Take it as lightheartedly or serious as you wish.
head. And you lap that stuff up MB?I had never heard of a model 3 Standard until today.
