Assuming he needed to stop en route, he'll have parked, unhitched, charged, hitched, drove off.

It's a small amount of faff. But nothing to the absolutely monumental amount of faff that is caravanning in general.
He'll have unhitched, gone off to charge, come back and found the caravan stolen by someone in a white transit full of dogs and spent the rest of the day filing a Police report to a force that doesn't give a st.

Such is the faff of caravanning in general...

At the roundabout traffic lights to join the motorway I pull up next to a BMW i5 towing a caravan, there is a BMW i4 behind me, another BMW i4 behind them, numerus other EV's passing through the green light and on the Motorway I've never seen so many EV's

Also on the motorway there are digital signs showing 'M5 Services no fuel'
How did the guy with the caravan get on with charging?

Or found a charging spot that accommodates a car + caravan, charged and then resumed their journey...

Or he'd be 20 miles down the motorway before remembering the caravan....

You would have to be very lucky to find one of those on your travels. I don't think I've seen one yet.

Just over 5% of all cars on the road are now Full BEV.

That's going to give rise to a whole new type of chargepoint rage when someone with a trailer/caravan rocks up to find them occupied by those without.

No way could I cope with the added range anxiety if I was towing something as well with an EV. I'd be a nervous wreck!

Yep smile
What's your point?

Apparently - this 5% seems to do ALL the damage to the roads wobble

He does kind of have a point though lol, even a few honest comments in his comments section from some EV owners.

At what point will you give up on this chicken littling?

When EVs are 10% of the cars on the road and all this doom-mongering patently fails to materialise? 25%? 50%? 80%?

Or will you still be here, posting increasingly unhinged videos from weird guys whose wives have ran off with EV drivers and by god are they mad about it?
