I had a call from Alan at Noble yesturday and a long chat, after which I slightly less worried than I have been. He told me about the problems with making the bodies in SA they had and that they had to right off nine of them, the reason being the mould they used was only designed to make one body a week and sunbsequently has worn out, but he assured me that they have now created three new moulds and will start soon producing the bodies again at a rate of two a week - maybe three soon. However this does not explain why Mole valley have asked for a further 4700 pounds from me (Noble have not asked for it), which I have paid up - it doesn''t bother me that much ''cause it just means that I will have to pay less when it comes to the final bill, maybe they have cash flow problems. Finally I have found out that the bodies are made in Port Elizabeth, and I will be there later this year, maybe I will see my body being made! Watch this space for pictures, if I''m allowed to take any.

MoleValley can read these comments too.. they probably asked for more money so you did not change your mind. Personally when Terry at MV called the Noble 100% British - I was a bit surprised to find quite a lot of the car is build in south Africa.. then again Zola Bud is British NOT.

yes well i'm not being rude and i don't have a beef otherwise i would not have paid up. It's the bodies that are made in sa 'cause it's cheaper, all the important bits are made in the uk to my knowledge.

Don't worry...the £4700 is just your 2nd stage payment.

Less to find at the end mate!
