gearbox ratios 5speed

Does anyone now gear ratios for 5speed gearbox.
Got a shot peened box from a rs focus,not sure if gear ratios are same and final drive

i have the ratio's somewhere I will see if i can find them

i tuned a focus RS that holds the top speed for those cars, i think it was something like 164 mph at 7000 rpm

they use 17 " rims so i'm sure you will do more than than that on the Noble 18" rims

This is the info I put on Nobleparts:

Ford MTX75 Part Number 1206944.This Box was only fitted on the very first of the MK3 Mondeo Up to 15-10-2000

Apparently this is now obsolete and the replacement is P/No 1232410. fitted to the Mondeo From: 15-08-2000> With a 3.82 Ratio

For information the part number on the box will be as follows:

1206944 has an engineering number of P1S7R-7002-WB 1232410 has an engineering number of RM1S7R-7002-WB

Both part numbers are now Obsolete (rebuild or second hand is the only option).

Other connected parts are the thrust bearing which is a standard Ford part not modified by AP

LUK part no 510 0007 10 or 94zt-7a564-ba

What I suggest you do is email Trevor at fordparts UK with the box part number and I bet he will be able to give you the ratio's

nice one Martin and gadge,going to put old box back in and try to rebuild spare focus one
for future use.
been puting new rose joints on rear today for the second time as noble sent me some
really cheap and nasty ones and charged me £110 for.not too pleased with them, so made them send some proper motersport ones,cant trust anyone these days.

Does anyone now gear ratios and final ratio for 6speed gearbox ?

there are two listed int he same box for the 6 speed
3.15,1.95,1.52,1.19,1.31,1.03

with 3.87 covering1 to 4
and 2.76 covering 5th and 6th

Not really much to add other than I hit the limiter on mine at an indicated 165 (maybe slightly more) at monza a few years ago. Problem was I hit the limiter on the start finish line so had to lift off all the way down the straight.
