Has that been in an accident...
Haha... No... it's about 1 month old.... as it came from the factory. Haven't bothered to do anything about it yet, as it's a lease car. One of the cameras isn't working either, so will get them to look at this when it goes in.

I wouldn't be happy at all if I had bought to keep.
That really is bloody awful, how did it get past even the laziest PDI like that?. Ours has a few gaps that could be more consistent and the frunk alignment could do with an adjustment but nothing anywhere near that bad.

yes

That one looks like it just wasn't done assembling??

Mine had crack in the roof that was invisible from the outside, probably wouldn't have caught it myself but they caught it at the service center.

I don't think there was a lot of PDI'ing going on.... cars were being pushed out at a rate, with no-one to walk you around the car etc.

ps.. is the frunk a known issue... mine is very hard to shut

Frunk is hard on mine as well, I believe it has been sorted on the recent facelift as they have changed the latch design.

I don't struggle to shut it, it's just slightly higher on one side than the other as it leads up towards the screen. Doesn't bother me as only a few mm but not right all the same.

I assume you've tried adjusting the rubber stoppers? They turn in and out to raise or lower the bonnet respectively.

Premium Connectivity.....

Can anyone shed any light on the cost for this after the first year is up?

Also, the Enhanced Autopilot package - is this charging for features that were standard previously?

The standard AP was and still is just lane keep and traffic aware cruise.

EAP adds park assist, basic summon, navigate on autopilot (it recommends when to change lanes), auto lane change (although you have to confirm by tapping the indicator), and a few other bits, the list is on the upgrade.

Possibly more significantly is that EAP pretty much does everything the current FSD package does for half the price with the exception of traffic lights and stop signs. Over time you can expect that gap to get wider but for today there's not much in it.

TBH after my FIL pointed it out it was so minimal I've not really given it any thought. Might have a look once the snow defrosts. thumbup

Ok a strange thing has happened. I looked at my Tesla Supercharging costs on the screen and they have not been updated since December 27th and it still shows £5.62. Then I looked at my bank statement for the Tesla account and it shows no charges, only one on the second day after I collected it. In my actual Tesla account it now says this!

Is this a mistake or have I actually got free charging for a year, and why? Not that I am complaining smile

Since your post I have had a look at my Tesla online account. I can’t see my car on there, but I use the Tesla app with the same email address and obviously the car is linked on that. Any suggestions or do you not see your car in the Tesla online account?

Do you lease? If you lease you can’t see your car on the website, only your personal details and supercharging history.

Yes I lease. Just hoping my account is linked for payment to supercharger, I have not tried it yet.

All you need to do is ensure that you’re put a credit card into the payment details page on the website. Also if you bought with a referral code, you can’t easily see the balance of free supercharging remaining until you’ve done a supercharge then it’s listed on the history tab.

For example...

I think the artic circle has already found me at home but I do have a lot of ground to cover this year so this is absolutely perfect timing.
