Is there usually a "standard" amount of free supercharging with M3LR?

There no standard free charging normally. That was a specific promotion.

IT should be ordered via a referral link and you get 1000 miles but not sure if that works via a lease company

Yes it does work, when the lease company place the order you should be able to specify which referral code you want to use.

Does that only work when ordering direct and not with a broker?

I've no idea where my company "buys" the cars

It depends how much you want to pursue your company car buyers or the 3rd party company they use to get a code applied. They may well apply one of their codes anyway as both you and the person making the referral get free miles. Its worth about £30-£100 depending on how you'd otherwise get those miles so take a view about how much of a pain you want to be in your company chasing this.
