Indeed it is as you can put the lease, charger, insurance etc all through as business expenses. It's exactly what I did, although being VAT exempt means I can't reclaim any VAT.
Thanks!

Where is that from if you don't mind me asking? Presume it's a SR+ at that cost?

Very good assuming that's inc of VAT, possibly too cheap over that term.

Hoping to ressurrct this thread. I’ve read it all and there’s some cracking points made for leasing and buying. My personal preference is to lease and it would be a personal contract hire, I’m a civil servant so no VAT benefits etc.

Best I can find for the profile I want on the model 3 standard range is:

Upfront - £4000
Monthly - £455
This would be for 48 months with 8k mileage allowance.

Cars such as the bmw 320 or 420 etc all seem around the £400 a month range so an additional £55 for the Tesla when take into account fuel savings seems decent.

Would love some opinions on this. Also if anyone knows of better lease deals too that’d be great. Thanks all.

Remember to consider the extra insurance cost of the Tesla into costings.

Other than that I wonder if the M3 will drop in popularity now the MY is out so given a couple of months more stock deals may appear.

Thanks @somouk my current lease vehicle expires in September. I’m only looking now due to the waiting times for new vehicles, however I do wonder if I sit tight and see if any better deals come along over the next few months.

Keep an eye on lease loco for pricing trends and contact a couple of suppliers to see what their plans are for stock.

The chip shortage, high price of used cars and the high demand for EVs mean I doubt you'll be seeing any good deals anytime soon
