Apparently a window position recalibration can help.

I “recalibrated” the window control by rolling the window down and continuing to hold the button for five seconds. Then repeat on roll up. Since then my window has never rolled down on its own again.

Worth a try?

Never happened on ours that we've had for a year.

Only issue we got occasionally was the kids hitting the wrong button in the back to open the door and leaving the windows down very slightly. Fortunately Tesla implemented a "close windows on lock" function so not an issue since.

Happened first morning with ours. Thought it was our mistake. And then again when I came back to the car in a car park a couple of days later.
Unless I was doing something stupid - which is entirely possible.....

Dropping windows seems to be an issue that is surfacing at the moment. Plenty of reports on Tesla forums and been reported by others.

Hopefully they can fix this, but its been around for a few years now and still happening!

What is the situation if your stuff gets stolen or the car vandalized because the window is down?

Getting the money out of Tesla is going to be like blood out of a stone.

Use to happen on my Audi, discovered if you have your keys on your pocket and sat down, it cause all the Windows to open. Maybe it's similar with your phone?
