Those stats are not correct I’m afraid.
Second batch is January (showing mid-late at the moment)
UK allocation for next year is 1500. When this goes, which is likely in the next two weeks, the orders will then come out of the 2022 allocation.

Thanks Steve, I'm repeating what I was told this afternoon at Toyota. Having ordered and paid a deposit on a car today, when should it arrive ?Second batch is January (showing mid-late at the moment)

Seen one in the flesh this afternoon and looks fantastic. Dealer said delivery is June.
Anyone know how many of these will be made for the UK, when production is due to end and if there will be any special editions?
250 for 2020 (all sold) Anyone know how many of these will be made for the UK, when production is due to end and if there will be any special editions?
1500 for 2021 (reports of 40-60 left)
Unknown for 2022 although rumours of UK allocation will be sold in 2021
No end date to production and no word on special editions. There is reports (I think confirmed by Toyota) of a GR Corolla in 2023/24 so imagine they’ll require the factory space for that.

My dealer is pretty small but sold 6 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
I've seen a variant testing on the ring that looks a bit more hardcore, that's the only thing holding me back from pulling the trigger and not being able to take delivery before Sept

I’ll realest what I do every time someone mentions that variant. My dealer is pretty small but sold 6 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.

Look at the aero under the car and on the car. Most of that wouldn’t be road legal. The car is also registered to Toyota motorsport cologne and Akio Toyoda has previously raced a GR Supra at the Nurburgring.
So I suspect it was a VLN or N24 development car.
Toyota also need a factory to build the GR super sport and the upcoming GR Corolla announced for 2023/24 and I doubt they’re about to build new facilities just for them.

Glad to hear second batch is Jan, as my dealer says my car is Feb, so it would be good to get it early!Second batch is January (showing mid-late at the moment)

My January ones were ordered in March, it does now seem like they are coming though constantly from January to August! For some unknown reason, certain colours do seem quicker than others, Red in particular.

Excellent on red cars arriving sooner! I ordered a red circuit pack car in mid November; test drove one last weekend and loved it. Dealer is suggesting Q1 delivery - but I sensed that was hopeful rather than confirmed delivery date. For some unknown reason, certain colours do seem quicker than others, Red in particular.
My first new new car for years and I'm very excited about it!
Ordered Red circuit pack today after dealer had their first demo car in yesterday. Delivery suggested June, but said usually those dates are improved upon.
Been driving a Tesla, so it and I felt bloody alive in comparison! Was eyeing up a 718 Gts 4.0, but Yaris felt like it would be more fun, for daily use, for half the price!
Bonus of LED's and adaptive cruise in the package. Every review I've seen on Youtube has been very positive. Never owned or even been in a Toyota dealer before today. I suspect this car will be sought out by all car enthusiasts.
